# Announcement on Supporting TON Rebranding and Token Ticker Change to GRAM

Dear Users,

NEWCOIN will support the TON rebranding and token ticker change plan. According to the project team's arrangement, TON (TON) will be renamed to GRAM.

To support this upgrade, NEWCOIN will adjust the relevant spot trading, futures trading, and deposit/withdrawal services accordingly.

### 📅 Important Schedule

#### 1. Suspension of TON Deposits and Withdrawals

NEWCOIN will suspend TON deposit and withdrawal services at:

**03:00 UTC on June 14, 2026**

Please note that any TON deposits made after the suspension time may not be credited successfully.

#### 2. Delisting of TON Spot and Futures Trading Pairs

NEWCOIN will delist and cease trading for the following pairs at:

**03:00 UTC on June 22, 2026**

* TON/USDT Spot Trading Pair
* TONUSDT Perpetual Futures Contract

Users are advised to make the necessary trading arrangements in advance.

All open orders will be automatically canceled once the trading pairs are delisted.

#### 3. Launch of GRAM Trading and Deposit/Withdrawal Services

**Futures Trading**

NEWCOIN will open:

* GRAMUSDT Perpetual Futures Trading

at:

**03:00 UTC on June 24, 2026**

**Spot Trading and Deposit/Withdrawal Services**

NEWCOIN will open the following services at:

**03:00 UTC on July 3, 2026**

* GRAM/USDT Spot Trading
* GRAM Deposits
* GRAM Withdrawals

At that time, GRAM will officially replace TON for display and trading on the platform.

#### 4. TON Token Swap and GRAM Airdrop

NEWCOIN will complete the TON-to-GRAM token swap at:

**03:00 UTC on July 3, 2026**

In accordance with the project team's token migration plan, the platform will automatically convert users' TON holdings and distribute GRAM tokens at the following ratio:

**1 TON = 1 GRAM**

No action is required from users.

### 📌 Notes for Users

* All TON holdings will be automatically converted into GRAM;
* This ticker change will not affect the value of users' assets;
* All open orders will be automatically canceled after the TON/USDT trading pair is delisted;
* Please do not deposit TON after deposit services are suspended;
* No manual token swap or conversion is required.
