What to Do If Your Withdrawal Has Not Arrived
Explanation of the Digital Currency Transfer Process
When withdrawing digital currency from NewCoin to an external wallet or another trading platform, the process typically involves three stages: System Review → Block Confirmation → Receiving Platform Crediting
I. System Review (NewCoin Processing Stage) After you submit a withdrawal request, NewCoin conducts a system review and security check on the transaction. Once approved, the platform usually generates a blockchain transaction hash (TxID/TXID) within 10–15 minutes.
When you see the generated Transaction Hash (TxID) in your [Withdrawal History], it means:
NewCoin has completed all internal processing for the withdrawal.
The digital assets have been successfully broadcast to the corresponding blockchain network.
Further progress will depend on the blockchain network and the receiving platform.
II. Block Confirmation (On-Chain Confirmation Stage) After the transaction enters the blockchain network, it must wait to be packed and confirmed by network nodes.
Please note:
Different blockchain networks have varying mechanisms and require different numbers of confirmations.
Different receiving platforms may have different requirements for the "number of confirmations needed for crediting."
When transaction volume on the blockchain is high, block congestion may occur, leading to longer confirmation times.
Blockchain confirmation times are uncertain and cannot be precisely estimated.
You can check the real-time status of the transfer by entering the Transaction ID (TxID) in the corresponding blockchain explorer.
Important Notes:
If the blockchain explorer shows the transaction as not yet confirmed, please wait patiently for block confirmation to complete.
If the blockchain explorer shows the transaction as confirmed and completed, but the assets still have not arrived, this is usually because the receiving platform has not yet completed its crediting process.
Once blockchain confirmation is complete, NewCoin can no longer perform any further actions or intervene in the transfer.
If you encounter the above situation, it is recommended that you contact the customer support of the receiving platform for assistance with the crediting issue. Explanation of the Digital Currency Transfer Process
