Withdrawal Process Guide
I. Internal Processing Completed NewCoin has completed internal processing. The digital assets have been successfully broadcast to the blockchain network. Subsequent steps will be handled jointly by the blockchain network and the receiving platform.
II. Block Confirmations (On-Chain Confirmation Stage) Once the transaction enters the blockchain network, it must await packing and confirmation by network nodes. Please note the following:
Different blockchain networks (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20) require different numbers of confirmations.
Different receiving platforms may also have varying requirements for the "number of confirmations needed for crediting."
When transaction volume on the blockchain surges, block congestion may occur, leading to longer confirmation times.
Blockchain confirmation times are inherently uncertain and cannot be precisely predicted.
You can check the current transfer status by entering the Transaction Hash (TXID) in a blockchain explorer.
Note:
If the blockchain shows "Unconfirmed," please wait patiently for confirmation to complete.
If the blockchain shows "Confirmed" but the assets have not arrived, this is usually because the receiving platform has not yet completed its crediting process.
III. Crediting by the Receiving Platform (Recipient Processing Stage) Once the required number of blockchain confirmations is met, the assets will be automatically credited by the receiving platform’s system.
If the following occurs:
The blockchain explorer shows the transaction as completed,
But you still do not see the assets credited in your receiving platform account,
This indicates that NewCoin has completed all controllable processes. The platform can no longer intervene in the transfer. It is recommended that you contact the customer support of the receiving platform for further assistance.
How to Check Withdrawal Details and Progress? Based on the blockchain network used, you can visit the corresponding blockchain explorer, enter the Transaction Hash (TXID) or withdrawal address, and view detailed information and current progress of the transaction.
Commonly Used Blockchain Explorers
BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) https://bscscan.com/
ERC-20 (Ethereum) https://etherscan.io/
TRC-20 (TRON) https://tronscan.org/#/
Query Example (Using BSC Chain) Enter your Transaction Hash (TXID) or withdrawal address in the BSC blockchain explorer to view:
Transaction status
Number of block confirmations
Transfer amount
Sender and recipient addresses
