Sender's Withdrawal: Once the transfer is successful, the withdrawal platform will show "Completed" or "Success," indicating that the funds have been sent from that platform to the blockchain network. However, this does not mean the funds have arrived in your NewCoin account.
Blockchain Confirmation: The funds need to receive a sufficient number of confirmations on the blockchain network. Due to occasional network congestion (excessive transfer volume), confirmation times may be delayed, resulting in pending confirmations.
NewCoin Crediting: Once the required confirmations are met, the NewCoin system will credit your account as quickly as possible. You can track the transfer progress using the transaction HASH value.
Different blockchain networks have varying requirements for the number of confirmations, and confirmation times may differ for each transfer. This is determined by the inherent characteristics of the blockchain itself.

If the blockchain shows unconfirmed or the confirmations have not yet met NewCoin’s crediting requirement, please wait patiently for the blockchain confirmation to complete. NewCoin will automatically credit your account once the confirmations are satisfied.
If the blockchain shows that confirmations have already met NewCoin’s crediting requirement but the funds are still not credited, please contact NewCoin’s official online customer support. Provide your registered UID, deposit address, deposit screenshot, withdrawal success screenshot from the sender’s platform, and the transaction ID (HASH). We will verify and assist you promptly.
If the blockchain shows confirmed, but your NewCoin account still hasn’t received the funds, please contact NewCoin’s official online customer support with the same details as above for further confirmation and resolution.
